HOUBA made in TOBOUL !

They are numerous, amazingly talented, and beautifully rhythmic... HOUBA, a collective powerful percussion band ( 16 Musicians and 250 venues)  coming straight from Montauban to the soil of the Moroccan ground, for a thrilling and yet bouncing live performances in Festival Toboul at Salé, Rabat.

The band gained its reputation due to their uncommon performances, by their originality and use of Brazilian rhythms, salsa, reggae or with no surprise, Rock n’ Roll, they managed to come up with a melting pot of musical sounds. Created back in 1999 and enlarged by 2005, HOUBA is the one and only band who uses amazing grooves within one single music track, crazy, I know, but still, that’s what they love to call as a signature and sparkling presence on stage.

That’s not it! HOUBA is not only narrowed within the stage performances, but they are as well present in the street, during their first appearance, they performed several of times during carnivals and street performances, and that is something quite different that we cannot see nor recognize in any other percussion bands .
