It's a Celebration!

Formed by Robert Kool Bell, his brother Robert Bell and a bunch of their New Jersey teenage friends called Jazziacs in the mid-60's. Kool & The gang made Rabat's audience bounce on their feet the night of the 2nd of June. I myself couldn't stop moving on the epic 70's funky sounds.

OLM SOUISSI had finally witnessed the traditional jazz and the old-school funky music.

From Ronald Bell on Tenor saxophone to Dennis Thomas on the alto one, the solos brought back the old days of afro hair cuts and large sparkling pants, the performance was the essence of epicness, literarly, a live show.

From jazz to street funk, "Celebration" was the perfect closure to an appealing flawless show, though many of the crowd were not quit familiar with the 70's music, but I may say that i'm pleased that some 50 and 60 years old grand parents showed up and moved their hips on "Ladies night".
