The Sensational Robert Plant.
Brace yourself readers, this might be the hardest article i'll ever write, mostly because it was the best night of my life, more or less, the Musical Night with Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shiffters.
OLM Souissi last night had the privilege to groove on the soft rock n' roll voice of the legendary
Robert Plant, and vibe on the music of his Sensational band. The english musician, singer, songwritter, wildly known and the vocalist lead singer of the rock band Led Zepplin, managed to nail his solo carreer, and is now granted as the greatest rock n' roll singer of the music history. From Blues, Folk, & Rock n' Roll, Plant raged on the OLM stage and gave to his audience the performance of the year, or, if I may say, the performance of a lifetime!
As one of the most appealing artists of all times, he is the source of influence and role model to many young artists and fanatics, the audience of Rabat was largly a melting pot of age and style, from rappers, soul singers, teenagers, parents, every single of them sang along with his mind-numbing lyrics and danced on his rhytmic music. We, vinylers, had the chance to meet Alex (Alexandra Davidescu), a vintage groupie and a house wife, who took 3 days off her work and followed Robert on stage, for her extreem pleasure, offered him flowers, which indeed, does not show how greatful she is to him for all the impact he had on her life.
